How lack of sleep is detrimental to your health

I like Paleo as it doesn’t focus only on food but includes other lifestyle factors such as stress management and sleep.  For the last 4 months our diet has been good. We eat clean and train dirty. However the one area in our life that needs improvement is sleep. With technology and today’s busy lifestyle, the majority of people still aren’t getting the enough sleep.  Here’s an infographic to remind us how important sleep is to our health.
