Chinese New Year Spring Clean

It’s tradition that when CNY comes around the house needs to be spotless. Probably because tradition calls that family and friends would visit. You are not suppose to clean on the day of CNY maybe cause it’s bad luck. Hence my boyfriend and I was diligent today. Some pics to our fruits of labour. Decoration was bought in Chinatown from a super unfriendly and non-customer service shop in the center of Sussex street. My first dragon was ripped. When I returned it I was accused of ripping the dragon, rather than a prompt exchange. First time, last time. CNY decoration is expensive. A tip is to not buy deco with references to the animal for that year so you can reuse it the year after.

Relocated the position of the Bonsai to the front. Looks happier.
