Does your old furniture have a musty smell you cannot get rid of? Wondering how to remove the smell? There are lots of suggestions such as the use of grounded coffee, tea tree oil etc. What worked for me was “vinegar”. Yep plan old vinegar. Supposedly it is a good odour absorbing agent. Thanks to Martha Stewart’s Spring cleaning tips. I placed some vinegar in a plastic container and punch a few holes in it. Left it overnight. If the smell is still there in the morning, dilute some water and vinegar and wipe down the furniture. You should notice a significant difference.
